Q. How long does the process take?

Each project will have its own complexities and there are various external factors that may influence how long the process takes but for general householder extensions and conversions the process from initial contact with us to a Planning submission being approved is usually around 14 weeks / 3 months (4-6 weeks for design + 8 weeks for Planning decisions).

Q. How much do you charge?

Each project is different and we charge on a project by project basis. We do however ensure that we provide a staged fixed fee approach where possible to ensure cost certainty and will always be transparent with any costs as the project progresses.
